OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF ACADEMIC QUARTERS FOR SY 2020-2021

The Office of the President, through the Office of the Executive Secretary, issued a Memorandum dated August 14, 2020, on the decision of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte upon the recommendation of the Department of Education (DepEd) pursuant to Republic Act No. 11480 (An Act Amending Section 3 of Republic Act No. 7797, Otherwise Known As "An Act of Lengthen the School Calendar from Two Hundred (200) Days to Not More Than Two Hundred Twenty (220) Class Days) to defer the opening of classes to October 5, 2020.

In view of this, DepEd amends the provision of DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2020 titled School Calendar ad Activities for School Year 2020-2021.

Here are the schedules of the academic quarters for SY 2020-2021 based on the DepEd Order No. 30, s. 2020:

First Quarter: OCTOBER 5, 2020 - NOVEMBER 28, 2020

Second Quarter: DECEMBER 1, 2020 - FEBRUARY 6, 2021

Third Quarter: FEBRUARY 15, 2021 - APRIL 10, 2021

Fourth Quarter: APRIL 12, 2021 - JUNE 5, 2021

LAST DAY OF CLASSES: JUNE 11, 2021
